Complaint/ Poor service/ Not adhering to the bus schedule

On 14 December 2022 I boarded Greyhound from Port-Elizabeth (Gqeberha) to Johannesburg. The service was very bad, delayed departure and in one of the stops, some passengers were forgotten/left behind by the drivers and the escort (they didn't bother checking if everyone was on board) and we ended up arriving at the destination two hours late. This made me decide to cancel my return trip. Upon cancelation, I expected my refund back into my account. It's been two months now, every person I speak to telephonically is rude and they just make empty promises in terms of when exactly the money will be paid back. Never in my life will I ever use their coaches again.
