Complaint against greyhound

Had a horrible experience with them whereby we booked for seats close to one another but when we got to board the bus we were told that we can't sit next to one another the one person has to be at the bottom and the other 2 had to go to the top part of the bus(still not sitting together) for a 6-8hour trip. Customer service was so poor when we requested for a solution for this matter and was told that this inconveniences alot of clients but nothing is been done about it.
