Complaint against Citiliner/Greyhound

These are my ticket details: ZW Majakajaka Reference number: CJUD1916 Seat number: 13E TCC6MNS7 Citiliner bus going to Tsolo from Pretoria. I booked a bus for a price of R391.00.

I would like to log a complaint against Citiliner/Greyhound bus services:

1. I was allocated a seat number 13E, to my surprise there’s no 13E in the bus, 2. The seats are extremely dirty and smelly which poses as a health hazard to me because I had to seat next to a very smelly toilet in a seat that wasn’t allocated to me. Not only is the bus smelly but the seats are extremely dirty and unhealthy for a person to seat in and full of the whole nation of ****roaches in it. 3. Some parts in the bus are closed with a toilet paper and it is very cold. 4. To confirm that this was done on purpose this is what happened, the bus we were supposed to be embarking on was not in Pta we were told to get into a Citiliner plus which will drop me off at Park Station. When I got to the Park Station to my surprise I get into a bus which is a totally different manner than what I expected.

What really got me angrier is the manner this matter was handled when I called their contact centre called your call center number to speak to an agent by the name of Mimi who confirmed to me that there is nothing she can do about the situation I’m experiencing I must just suck it up and continue with th trip or of request a trip another day. This to me is unacceptable and very unprofessional to be treated like it was a favour for me to travel in bus and I didn’t pay for traveling. That is very disturbing to be treated like that. I would like a response as soon as possible with reasons behind this ridiculous service before I take the matter further because I deserve a better services for what I paid for. Please assist as I have contacted them and was referred to logging my complaint in writing. I then sent an email to enquires but didn’t get any response for more than 5 days.
