Complaint

Hi

I am currently on one of your busses from PTA to Cape Town. When we arrived at Laingsburg we were told that we are to take a 40 minutes break.

We got off, went to the rest rooms and restaurants to order food. Less then 40 minutes into our "rest" the driver started the bus; receiving calls from other individuals on the bus that it is leaving, we went to speak to the driver; all of a sudden the times have changed from 40 minutes to 15 minutes... at this point we were still waiting for our meals from a nearby restaurant. Upon challenging the times with the driver, he says to me that "This is not a tour bus!!", and further says "They will come with another bus!", pointing at a different bus that had arrived after ours.

Out of frustration, we had to cancel our orders, and run to catch a bus that is already on the road.

I personally do not appreciate such miscommunication and the way the situation was handled by the driver, as my family was to be left stranded in a town they do not know.
