Complaint

<p>My wife and I booked your bus from CT to King Williams Town and we travelled on 12/05 and 15/05. Going to King we travelled on Luxury, my chair was broken and couldn't recline, to make matters worse the coffe served was cold. To go back to CT we used Business hoping that we would get better service. However, the toilet was blocked and couldn't be used, the seats were dirty, no coffee was served because the boiler wasn't working and the TV wasn't working as well.</p>
