Complaint

I travelled from Johannesburg to Durban on the 10th of July (B5N5W4K3 / L5NJXT05) on business class, I was totally disgusted to find ****roaches on the bus. It was really scary trying to even sleep on the bus with these things running around the handle of my seat and the wall of the bus.

The floor was also messed with something that had spilled on the floor. I called the call centre to complain and I was requested to send an email with my complaint to (***) It's been a week and I have not yet received a response to my complaint. I will not use Greyhound ever again. I will also discourage anyone to use your bus.
