Complain

I had to cancel my trip due to the natural disaster that is happening in our country and the event that i was suppose to attend has been cancelled also.I called greyhound to cancel same more especially after the message that Our President issued,Greyhound insist that they will still charge 20% on my refund as am cancelling but am not cancelling as my will or my problems., BUT AS NATURAL DISASTER IN OUR COUNTRY. But if my complain has to end up at the Minister of Transport desk for people of companies like Greyhound,it will definitely end up there.
