Greyhound is ******** senior citizens, I booked 6 tickets for elderly people on the day of departing I was told that the bus is unavailable instead they were downgraded to eldos bus line which is horrible they do not even say anything, rain was even coming from the roof pay back the senior citizens your service is horrible
