complain

I booked a bus on Wednesday (06 June 2019) a return ticket, then later on the same day had to cancel the tickets because of personal reasons. I was told of the 24 hour policy, I understood that the ticket from Bloem to Gcuwa i can not be refunded on but rebook, the ticket from Gcuwa will be refunded. i emailed to Mpho to claim my money, but she told me there was no money to be refunded because the cancellation was made less than 72 hours.
