Complain

My brother booked the bus on the 14th Dec 2018 from Umzimkulu to Pretoria. We paid R245 for Citiliner

We have tried calling ********** and 087 ********** after we have seen the drivers just passed by without STOPPING

This is becoming a habit for the drivers who are not stopping because they pick up people who have not booked for extra cash

I then went to Face book Messenger and Twitter to log a complain about this matter but no one has called me

I want the investigation to be done regarding the matter, please check the tracking devices if the driver did stop or not

The social medias are there for nothing because they keep on telling us the same story that someone will come back to you and the matter has been escalated

I have been ask to leave my number someone will call me till today

I was then given the email to speak to Thulli I'm waiting for the response. I want this thing to stop because they do it undermining blacks if there were whites this would not have happened
