Complain

I have been traveling with greyhound /citiliner couches ever since, their services have been so great. The citiliner driver who drives from Joburg via Welkom to Cape Town has been nothing but pathetic. The heater has been on since last night. We asked him to to switch it off but he refused. It is extremely hot and stuffy in the couch. Imagine traveling +-15 hours in the heat? All of us asked and begged him to switch it off but he refuses. My health is at risk as I'm a high risk patient diagnosed with high blood pressure.
