Complain

My daughter travelled from Secunda to Dbn on 8 /2/23 bus was very late supposed to leave Secunda at 10:30 but left around 12:15 there was no communication with h the passengers regarding the delay it arrived in Dbn after 12 midnight as if that was not enough her brand new suitcase was totally ruined
