Its such a *** company.The driver left me(he stopped on the busy road not where they normally pick us up). I tried to run to the bus but he just drove off. i called the call centre when they tracked him he was still around but he **** and said he is very far. I was stranded in town the consultant told me that there is nothing she can do. I was told to send an email of which I did, but never got a response. my money is gone just like that.
