Cocroaches, dirt and unprofessional behaviors

I booked a bus for 26.02.2023 at 17:45 but they sent sms saying they will be delayed the bus will leave jhb at 21:00. When I got there 20:30 for check in the bus was not there. So we waited. We waited til 22:00 with no update. Received another sms later sorry for inconvenience but with no time at this moment. The bus arrived and we got into the bus at 23.00.

It was not the end of it, the cocroaches in the but are too much they all over us as I write this. I can't even eat am so disgusted. Can't your clean and put something to kill these inserts, because it shows that they have been here, the way they are so many.
