Cityliner Bus horrible service

@CitilinerRSA I am very disappointed. I arrived at the bus stop on time, the driver was 15 minutes late. The driver didn't even stop, he just drove pass & left me. I called customer services and they told me that I was supposed run to the driver's window so he could see me . They told me that I wouldn't even get a refund... Unprofessional drivers and the worst customer service.
