Cityliner bus dissatisfaction

I would like to express my dissatisfaction on this bus.

Second time, this bus is late not just late but very late.

I booked this bus from Eastern Cape humansdorp to KZN Durban 22/09/2020 17:00 hours.The bus only arrived at bus stop around 18:30.

I got the sms saying the bus will be late 30 minutes then later it was 1 hour but still arrived after that hour.

This is a serious concern because when we book a bus we choose the bus that best suits our planing and if there is a minor change it changes all our plans.

The reason why I am writing this review it because this is the second time this happening. On March 25 I booked the bus same route for 17:00 hours but it only arrived around 17:00 hours.

Furthermore, In this bus there is no disinfecting of seats if changing passengers, passengers does not wear masks, around me on seat 4b it only me who have his face mask on.
