Citilner bus worse bus ever

This is my second time taking the citiliner bus, it is by far the worst bus... sooo hot , drivers are rude and not understanding that some of us are claustrophobic, tried to explain to him my situation but he was rudely talking over me.and not hearing my request. I thought this bus had improved because the first time I had to phone their offices to ask them to call the driver to switch off the heater because they are ridiculously hot. I seriously hate this bus , I hate the staff service even more. I don't even understand why where we changed from greyhound bus to this horrible thing.
