Citiliners frustration

I phoned on the 8 Dec 2018 to cancel my tickets. They told me the money will be available after 15 working days. It didn't happen. I phoned from the 8 January 2019. Was told that Dikeledi is the supervisor or something. I left my number and messages and even Emails on numerous ocations. Dikekedi can't even get back to me . Im still waiting on my refund. I have a crisis at home and desperately need my money but I am not having any luck with citiliners. Please help
