CITILINER/GREYHOUND COACHLINES SERVICE IS ****ED UP!!!

I have never seen such an *********** coachline, i booked return tickets to durban for my family, on the day of departure we waited 3hours for the Bus and there was no communication from the office to alert us if there were any issues. When we got to Durban we couldn't get off where we were supposed to and it was late at night travelling with kids, this puts the life of passengers at risk On our way back again we waited over 2hours at station, i have never been so frustrating my holiday was almost a nightmare just because of my mode of transport.. they might aswel shut the company down the service is getting worse everyday..they can really learn a thing it two from intercape!!! I am never using citiliner/ Greyhound coachlines ever again anf will never recommend it to anyone..
