Citiliner/greyhound bad service

Been stuck in between mode and station and park station with out a bus to travel with we have been standing in the cold at jhb park station for over 3 hours and we are cold hungry and angry the staff are not giving a clear answer about what's happening with the bus we are all disgusted by the answers we receiving from the staff they don't want us to talk to the supervisor I would not recommend this bus service to anyone it's ****py and the staff are full of nonsense there is no customer care in place I will not be using this company in future and I'm not the only one who feels this way just to give you a feel of what I'm saying we are a whole bus load of if not even more and we all want refunds
