Citiliner- Worst coach ever!

Citiliner needs to either get rid of the current drivers or to retrain them. It was on the 02/04/2018, I was going to visit my brother who was not well in JHB travelling from Kokstad. The coach was supposed to be boarding at 19:35 , we were waiting for it. Coaches came and we would run thinking its ours but the drivers would yell at us. It happened 3 times until I gave up and called the customercare line at no success. Ultimately approximately before 9 the coach arrived and we boarded. It was filthy like the other 3 that had come and left. If I will ever drive in one of your coaches ever - that will be insult. Having paid, I thought there company would at least have the coach washed and hovered. I regret ever wasting my hard earned cash for filth. Even now when I think about this I get nightmares. The driver's barking at us as if we were asking for a free ride and the state the coaches were in. Disgusting! I couldn't even touch food nor water otherwise I was going to throw. TB8QC9HR I kept the ticket reference to warn my friends and family about you guys. Watch out, Eldo coaches are taking the lead and I will be trying APM very soon
