Citiliner the worst ever!!

I have had the worse experience on citiliner. The first time and last time on citiliner. First of all the driver did not check my ticket on boarding. When we got. On the bus he started driving before we had a seat. My kids fell down... There was no aircon on the bus at all the whole trip. It was so hot it felt like im gonna pass out... We werent allowed to get of the bus at a stop to buy drinks or anything.. My 2 boys didnt have anything to eat or drink the whole 5 hours.. The driver was rude... We were so scared he was driving wild.. Almost hitting a fuel truck... Going into turns at a high speed not slowing down... Never said at which stop he is. It was my first time.. Buy never in my life again!!!! I want to use the greyhound but im so scared its gonna be the same, as its the same company... What should i do now... Ill never use or recommend citiliner ro anyone...
