Citiliner SA to Malawi

My son in law travelled to Malawi on this bus. Website advertising movies, toilets, reclining seats. Bus had wrong label on hence he nearly missed bus. Seats not allocated as per ticket. No movies but loud music all the way from Pretoria to Lilongwe. Had to be desperate to use the toilet as no water to flush.

On return, air ventilation at least worked, still no movies, bus driver took his time talking at Zim border hence lost their place in queue, driver got argumentative with customs which resulted in trailor being searched, and late arrival in Pretoria resulted in passangers missing connecting buses.

Overall not a pleasant trip either way, service is nothing like advertised on website and will not recommend to family in future to come to us.
