Citiliner Refund Nightmare

I have been waiting for a refund since April 2020, and nothing has been done. There have been many many emails back and forth between myself and Citiliner but I'm still waiting. I have not received any reply to my emails since 01 Sep 2020 - the staff are now ignoring me. This is completely unacceptable! I need assistance urgently!
