Citiliner plus worst bus ever

I had a very terrible and bad experience today. Even they staff members were not making the situation better. We arrive at 6:30 in Pretoria for a 7pm bus and we stayed there in cold waiting for a bus until 9pm. The 9pm bus took us to Johannesburg station and we arrived at 10pm and also waited until 22:40, the bus came and left at 11pm. Imagine a person who booked a 7pm bust leaving at 23:00. Worst service ever. I am so disappointed and I will never book this bus again and none of my friend or family members or anyone closer to me, I would recommend the bus to.
