Citiliner must be off the road

I'm sitting in this bus called Eljosa travel coaches from Cape Town to Johannesburg. This bus is allocated to me by Citiliner due to whats known to them. SMS doesn't even apologies for the inconvenience. Maybe they dont see the state of this bus demeaning and disrespectul to people especially with a 17 hours long trip. The bus aircon is not working properly and there is hot air from underneath my feet and now I'm boiling. This service is dispeakable, a slap in the face and very humiliating. We should really get our money back. Greyhound should refuse that Citiliner is part of them. Citiliner should really br off the streets else they might as well physically start putting us in oil pans and fry us. The toilet stinks and the music is so loud. This is a nightmare.
