Citiliner **** to us!

I booked a citiliner ticket for my family from DBN to JHB. The ticket said the bus would be in Park Station but they were picked up by Eldo Coaches buses and dropped off at Sun Coast Casino at 9pm. They were supposed to have boarded the citiliner bus at 20:15.

My family was exposed to ********* at this Sun Coast Casino drop off spot and it was so dark. When they arrived in JHB they were dropped off outside Park Station. What citiliner did to us is wrong and they should refund us!

And when I called they didn't answer after one of the person's I spoke to pretended she couldn't hear me.
