Citiliner

Hey...I am traveling from Durban to CAPE Town (16_45/19hoo).which takes about 24hours to reach my destination..I booked citiliner bus because m on chronic medication n need to use a toilet frequently knowing that citiliner bus does have one.. and a citiliner assistant (refused me to use a toilet)..m not happy with the service at all.
