Iam so hurt broken by the service I received at City liner about a week ago Bought a ticket but could not travel on that day so tried contacting them to advise I either need to change the date on the ticket or at least get a refund so i can buy another ticket so they told me i need to cancel the ticket prior to the date of travel 72 hour before travel date but how is that possible coz I bought the ticket on the same day i wanted to travel...i had to pay for another ticket the following i called requesting for a percentage of the money at least but i was told i cant be assisted. 640 gone down the drain its SAD in these tough times. seat 12 C B509514V/ L54D2www.service number CJU1975s
