Chilling in the cold with infants

Your service sucks *********** bunch of idiots. I'm sitting a park station in the cold busy catching a flu. There are toddlers and infants here and your stupid bus is no where 5o be seen. We were supposed to leave at 10 but here we are an hour later with a lame excuse that your fleet keeps on breaking down. If I catch a flu, I'm claiming my medical bills from you. Mind you my husband is a lawyer so I've got all the resources in the world. You must call each and every person who is taking this thing you call a bus and apologise and also offer to pay their medical bills should they fall ill. I'm prone to flu so I know I'll be claiming you bunch of *********** idiots. They're infants in this cold for Christ sake. If you don't get a response I do t mi d social media as I said I have all the time and resources.
