change of bus, mistreatment and late arrival

I took the bus from Durban to Pretoria (03/12/2015) and I booked a dreamlike (business class) to my suprise when we got to Johannesburg park station we were told to dissimbark the 2808 bus and wait for another bus. Reasons given was that the bus is needed to go back to Durban and therefore cannot continue. We were told to get onto a citi liner that was coming from King Williams town. Firstly I paid full price for the bus I was on to pretoria and was never informed of any potential changes that were very uncomfortable for me. Making us get of the bus and taking a lower graded bus as if they didn't know they had passenger's going to Pretoria.<br> <br> To put salt to wound your staff did not inform the staff on this other bus we were told to get on and we were given attitude. \Asked questions like who sent us?"\""Wait there we will see if we can take you\"" \""and I was told not to sit in specific seat"
