Capitec Bank and greyhound buses

I’m so disappointed. I’m trying to rebook my greyhound bus ticket for the bus that was supposed to depart on Monday and at greyhound buses they are telling me that they can’t authorize Capitec payments after 10 pm. They can authorize any other bank.

So now I might find buses fully booked because there’s no supervisor to authorize my rebooking? In wanted to sit on lower decker so I have to pay extra for that it’s a 24-hour service but they cannot authorize Capitec payments?
