Cancelled trip refund

If it was possible I would rate them a -100 stars, had the worst experience ever. I booked a bus from Kokstad to Jhb on the 20th January for the 21st January in the morning. In the afternoon I get an sms that my trip has been cancelled I should call the call center for more details. I called the call center to confirm if the sms was true and yes indeed the trip was cancelled , the agent asked can't I leave on the 24th January. Upon telling them NO I can't( even if I could, why would I want to still use their services), I asked to speak to a supervisor or someone who can give me a way forward cause I need to leave on the 21st so I need a refund in order to book another bus . All they could offer was a million sorries and excuses, or I can go to their offices in park station to get a refund form fill it in and return it which I'm not gauranteed a full refund because there are T's&C's . After submitting the form and supporting documents I haven't received any feedback or when or if I will get my refund.
