Canceled my trip left with one day to travel

I booked a bus ticket weeks ago I just got an sms now around 19:00 that my trip is canceled.. And my money is not yet refunded.. I was supposed to travel tomorrow at 21:15 from underberg to Pretoria... I'm very disappointed and inconvinienced by citiliner I learned my lesson and I don't want anything to do with them anymore and even my family and close friends I will advise them not to ever associate themselves with this company..where can I go to nearest offices I want my money back asap... Nonsense company this one.
