Buying business class and not getting much

I traveled for the first time by bus from Bloemfontein to Bellville and decided on Greyhound's business class, for plugs on the bus and also good service.

Arriving in Bloem's station for 21:00 bus (10/07/15), the driver's only opened the trailer. I gave my ticket to one saying I'm going to Bellville and just want to double check.

I plugged my smartphone's charger in to the plug and my phone, with no results. The steward told me they don't work.

Arriving in Bellville, I waited at the trailer while the drivers were getting luggage from the side of the bus. One asked me and another gentleman what we are waiting for. The driver then got rude and scolded us that he told us that is only Cape Town luggage (which he didn't). I told him I showed my ticket and I'm off to Bellville, again rudely said I must not be rude to him. He finally proceeded to open the trailer AND WE had to climb in he trailer to find our luggage, seeing as he refused!

No plugs and such pathetic service is unacceptable! I paid for business class and didn't get the service! The trip on the bus self was good, but I didn't pay for that and am feeling skeptical to buy a ticket next month to travel again to Bloem.
