Busses are delaying

We booked bus tickets at greyhound as we saw the advertiments and all the promises that they they mentioned stuted our needs on the 06/04/2015. On our arrival we where told that the is a problem and that the buses are delaying and we have to be driven to park station. They dropped us there and we had to wait for more than one hour in the cold weather. Eventually the bus arrived and we again stopped at Montrose and they explained to us that the other crew is delaying and we had to wait again for more than an hour. On our return back we had to stop at Montrose and this time the reason was that the water pipe has bursted. We waited from 15h30 until now 20h00 with 4 kids. This trip was really inconvinient for me and my family and we wait greyhound to refund us our money for both trip as they never delivered what they have promised to us. We are trastrated and they kids are also tied. Nobody is telling us anything. We stuck in the middle of nowhere with no food and crying kids. We are really unhappy about their service.
