Busses always late

My kids are in school in Paarl and for the past 3 years they took the Greyhound from Paarl to Britstown to there Mom. I work for a living and the bus is suppose to be in Paarl @ 6h20 am, this morning @ 8h15. Only ONCE did it arrived on time in 3 years. They travel at least once a month return. Once last year they gave his bag with his WP clothes in to a lady in Worcester. I had to drive there to get his bag and the poor lady had to drive to Cape Town to get hers. I found this totally unacceptable.
