Business Class

I booked a business class in Greyhound from Durban to Midrand and when we got to Johannesburg they tell us that they will not take us any further as their buses needed to go other destinations and they told us to instead use a Citiliner. I had booked a business class and now I am forced to not only use a normal bus but a Citiliner even, which is not even a luxury line. How is this a way to treat business class people. And over and above everything else, the bus is late and was late the past 3 consecutive times that I used it. Such horrible service!
