Busdriver didnt stop at the busstop.

I've booked a return busticket 3 months in advance from Worcester to Potchefstroom. On the 14 th of July, the Greyhound was suppose to departure from the Sasol garage at 14:45. I've been at the Sasol Garage at 14:10. We were waiting outside the car, luggage visible until 14:55. My cellphone was stil charging in the car. On my cellphone were a voice message, not very clear, that the bus already depart. I had to pay a 20% standby fee to be on the next bus that were schedule to depart at 20:10 from Jenny's in Potchefstroom. The message were send at 14:45. How is that possible, after all the late departures and arrivals that I'v experience in the past!
