BUS TRIP FROM HELL

This past weekend to be more specific Friday 7th of October we booked 2 x tickets from Paarl to Kimberley with Greyhound bus services , the bus was suppose to leave from Paarl pickup location 20:00 arrives 1h late , then as we load luggage they say no luggage will be tagged as they don't have tags , then as my mother in law and nephew gets on the bus they find that there is only 2 x seats available which is covered in plastic they are then told to sit and get over it they had a aircon leak the seats are wet there is nothing they can do about the situation , then to top it of the bus breaks on route to Kimberley only arriving 24H later to its destination of Kimberley which was suppose to be a 10H bus trip , People think twice when booking with Greyhound these busses are not looked after and there service is very poor u cant get hold of customer care and when you do its a lost case
