Bus trip from Hell!

First trip up from East London to Johannesburg on 24 September 2018 , my 10 year old daughter and I had to endure a full bus with no airconditioning or circulating air through the bus. The suffocating heat in the bus was the worst experience we have ever been forced to endured. We are both asthmatics and suffer with breathing difficulties. . . NOT FUN.

There was no entertainment or refreshments available, where on previous bus trips both were supp****.

On the return trip we stood around in the cold wind for two hours only to recieve a late sms from the bus company for a two hour delay .... after another two hours delay we got another sms for another delay of 3 hours.

On top of all that the later bus to East London came and went while we stood around waiting and pleading for the bus to arrive.

I am not impressed with the service or attitude of Greyhound staff as they actually don't care about the well being of their passengers or the fact that two people suffering from Asthma were forced to beg for air to breath throughout the trip and finally in Bloemfontein the emergency air vents in the roof were opened.....

That should have been done when the trip started.

My daughter and I now need to seek medical help because we are now coughing and have high fevers.... again an inconvenience that could have been avoided.

I am very disappointed in Greyhound and will have rethink any future bus trips with them.
