I called in for a refund coz I had to cancel my ticket the consultant said I qualify for a refund and gave me an email address sent an email with my reference an the rep**** weeks later to tell me it has expired

I called them and the Supervisor **** that they listened to the call and nobody said i should get a refund they are just full of lies im very disapointed by this poor service
