Bus stopping in middle of freeway to drop of passengers.

My name is Thiloshnee Juta, I have travelled on the citiliner on the 27/09/2020 service number CDJ0870S at 8.30am from Durban to Johannesburg. firstly this bus was delayed 30mins, a trip that should have reached parkstation jnb and 16.45 only reached at 17.45pm.

I have travelled these busses for years, and not once had i experienced a driver stopping in the middle of the freeway to drop off a passenger whose transport was following behind the bus. I would like to find out if this is a new rule in the greyhound business that passengers transport can stop a bus and collect their families in the middle of the freeway? where is the safety of the other passengers on board, whatif someone had planned a high jacking and someone boarded the bus and people were ****** of the belongings. this is really unacceptable from the driver and should not be tolerated. its because of this actions, i am now going to stop using greyhound and use a much safer transportation for my travelling.
