Bus smelled urine as I entered it

I booked this bus from Dbn to pm, as i walkex in i was greeted by a very strong urine smell which i do not know how did the passengers seatting next to the toilet survived. This was on the 9th October 2017 leaving aDbn at 9 pm. It looks like the bus was not cleaned before this trip and this is very unhygienic and unpleasant to sit in the bus for 7 -8hrs and endure urine smell.The driver was not professional when exposing to us that the toilet is only for passing urine, not number 2, he used the African name refereeing to number 2 which I cannot mention here due to it being a strong language.
