Bus raining inside

Greyhound buses are too expensive for the ******* service they now provide. It was really great before when it was still mainly run by white people, now the service is *******. We travelled from Durban to Johannesburg on Sunday, 6 March, in a bus that was leaking water from the air-conditioning, it was so bad that 5 seats couldn't be used because water was literally dripping to the seats. I was sitting on seat 14a with water dripping on my head. The hostess kept on apologising and wanting to offer us more coffee!!!!! What ******* was that???? Was coffee going to make us dry or stop the rain????? And they have an audacity not to call the passengers to apologise and refund their money. Again the service was great when this company was run by white people, they would respond to customers because they know customer care.
