Bus problems

Hi I bought tickets for my friend to come from port Elizabeth to jhb for the Easter weekend and it was the worst ever I have had from greyhound. First of all the bus had a breakdown in Bloemfontein and they get told that there is nothing wrong with the bus then they get to vaal plaza and the bus breaks down then had to wait for an other bus what they rehired to carry on with the job and it was just as bad the bus came 2 hours late by its drop off. They when he when home on Monday night the bus was almost 2 hours late when we asked we get told it was the traffic ok ok then the bus goes and reaches Bloemfontein and breaks down again they had to wait for 3 hours on the bus for another bus they where to be in port Elizabeth in the morning by 8am they only got to port Elizabeth by 12:30 what is unsettled and the bus that they had first was a double seater and the new bus that cam was a single seater that tells you all I emailed there customer care services and get no answers so that's why I am putting this on they don't care about there people at all
