Bus not in Good condition for passengers

1923 reg zkw782gp my ticket details: TBO5D18D,seat No 9C Travelled from JHB to Matatiele R550 My Name: Tisetso Mapa This bus condition is terrible,it started raining i felt like i was outside but yet again i was in a bus that i paid for an amount of R550 to travel safe and in a perfect condition.I started complaining to the bus driver as i could see that by the time it stop raining ill be soaking wet.He said the was nothing he could do as he was waiting for the bus to be fixed?

Grayhound when i bought my Bus ticket,that means you promising me a great service as i used my money to purchase a ticket and to travel in peace.

Can i be refunded as i ended up standing avoiding water coming from my seat,I didn't pay to stand in a bus,i paid for a seat.Thank you
