Bus never showed up 30 July 2022

Terrible!! I booked two tickets for 30 July. Bus was supposed to arrive at eight in Paarl to Kimberley but received a message about a delay. Kept waiting. After a few hours received an sms to thank us for our patience. Still waiting. Its raining and so so cold outside. Was waiting with infant. Kept calling customer care but to no avail. Wasted so much on airtime for no service. We drove back home at 03h00 am. Now looking for another bus urgently. I want a full refund for your lack of service delivery. Sies!!
