BUS NEVER ARRIVED SAT OUTSIDE IN A REMOTE PARKING LOT WITH NO COMMUNICATION

I would like to lodge a complaint with regards to the above mentioned ticket and hereby request that I be refunded.

I got in contact with customer service at 18h00 on the 17th July 2022 and they informed me that the bus will be late by 2hours or more as the bus is in the middle of nowhere and they gave me an estimated time frame based on the nearest town.My safety with your service wasn't prioritized as the area where the bus stops (Shell Ragmor station in Secunda)is abandoned/demolished and I had to wait in a remote parking lot.At 22h00 I was still there waiting for a bus I had to sit at the police station until other means of transportation could be arranged for me.No communication nothing!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!
