Bus left

In my entire life I have never met such a rude and cruel person as the park station manager (Times Gumede) at Greyhound, i arrived early and ask the lady where is the que for cityliner she showed where to stand and after of standing i asked again for my bus she said i will let you know when the bus is here i didn't hear her calling people for city ibus likaCity liner and then she was like the bus you looking for left a while ago i tried reasoning i was willing to pay extra but she was so rude and i was traveling for my sister's funeral.
